[WTB] All Races - Sub-Cap - PVP - More than 25B to spend!

Im willing to pay more than 25B if there is a great character out there! I live in a wormhole so while I will consider capital capable characters its not a big concern for me.

Essentials to 5:

>50m SP
Amarr/Gallente/Minnie/Caldari Frigate 5
Amarr/Gallente/Minnie/Caldari Cruiser 5
Battlecruiser and Destroyers 5
T2 Small and Med weapon variants for each race, turrets and missiles.
Advanced Wep Upgrades 5

What im looking for:

Assault Frigate 5
HAC 5
Recon 5
Strategic Cruiser Subsystems to 5
Small/Medium and Large turret specs to 4
Decent Ewar skills.
Decent Interdiction skills.
A name I like.
