Just wanted to drop a "Thank you" for this visible and helpful interaction with the player base.

CCP gets a lot of slings and arrows thrown (including from me) so it is only fair to post an atta-boy when deserved.

This year's griping/rioting is not all merely "a communications issue". But better communication, both ways, will almost certainly help. A lot.

It IS good and they need to be +10'd for it.

All we need now is for most of the trolls and whiners to actually read what is being said instead of going round and round making lot's of noise.
