Extension of downtime, May 17th

Due to start-up issues, downtime on May 17th was extended until 12:39 UTC.

We apologize for the inconvenience this causes.

Further updates to the situation will be posted here.

UPDATE 11:45 UTC: A further downtime extension until 12:00 UTC is needed while we sort out these difficulties. We apologize once again for the inconvenience.

UPDATE 12:00 UTC: It seems that Iceland's advancement into the Eurovision grand finals has put the cluster into an absolutely unmanageable state. While we try to get the hamsters into line, we must extend downtime by a further 30 minutes. Our sincerest apologies for this situation, we want this to go smooth as much as you guys.

UPDATE 12:30 UTC: TQ is still having issues with starting after downtime. A further extension of 30 minutes is required while we get to the bottom of what is going on, meaning 13:00 UTC. Thank you for the patience you guys have shown so far during this unexpected downtime extension.

UPDATE 12:39 UTC: After a few calming words and several re-initializations, TQ finally decided to love life again. Thank you for your patience during these start-up difficulties.

Im just impressed with the hesitant nature of the postponements. Id rather get 30 min delays for 4 hours as they try to fix it ASAP than a 4 hour delay like most MMO companies would announce.

Like they said, keep up the good work folks.
