Let me start off by saying this tengu pilot is not like the others you see. You know the ones.... they have hardly the basics trained and can just sit in the ship. This guy is ready to rock and roll!

1) All basics trained. Your are not going to find a more perfectly trained tengu pilot for skill points. None wasted.

2) +2 implants for fast training and current attribute points are in Perc and Will for weapon/ship focusing

3) Bonus remap available now and neural remap avail: 2013.09.06 02:43:19

4) Can be in a tengu now. not just in the tengu but in a fleet in a tengu!

5) All Subsystems trained to lvl V

Don't think that matters much why would he forgo an extra 1,5b if he can have it just because you write an end date does not mean you have to keep it. There is no rule for such a thing welcome to eve:)

Ok. Seems above was a bid by alt (see character 1 month old), and now you're bidding 6.5 for a character whose max price is 5 bil. Looks like a scam to me.
