Not sure if it's just me, but my ship in hanger view spins around as though it was being viewed from the CQ balcony. It's kind of cool, but gives the feeling that the ship isn't exactly ready to undock and may even be unpiloted. Plus also I thought this could use a bit of meme injection.

Anyway, is this a proposed feature or just a glitch?

Probably just a glitch. The ship spinning code probably isn't as up to date as the version that's currently in Tranquility. I noticed that, in a Minmatar hangar, you can generate some camera clipping with the station environment. This was an issue I reported awhile ago, and it was resolved before it hit the Tranquility hangar.
