No "Ishukone Special Edition" Shirt for Females Still?

Has this not been thought about? Why come only males get Ishukone shirt? Is it because Ishukone is sexist (maybe all of the Caldari state for that matter)? All you'd need to do is retexture the female one, maybe change the bump maps, etc. Seems as though it should be a simple enough thing to do...
