Issues, Workarounds & Localization

I freeze up within a minute of logging in. I can get through the Character screen and to the ship hangar. Or if I just sit at the login screen it will do the same thing.

Was working fine last night, roamed for hours and hours. No idea what the deal is.

I did a repair, I log in for a minute and then my eve screen fades and it hangs/freezes. Doesn't even crash technically. Just sits there, doing nothing. I have to force it to close out.

I reinstall and everything works fine.

Until I Logout of my account and back into my account and it starts again. I didn't even restart my PC.
