**** THE EVENT ****
With 6 billion isk available for prizes and an array of medals, it is our intent to make highsec suicide ganking an ongoing, fun, rewarding and potentially profitable activity. Once a week we will be offering a series of medals and cash rewards to individuals. Scoring will be based on API verified killmails that MUST be uploaded to Battleclinic.

**** THE SCORING ****
We will take the killed vessels tank specs, wash it though EFT and with some equations (from our "Gankulator") based on the kill statistics and probability, award points for the kills.

The harder the kill the more points possible so numbers alone may not be sufficient to recieve a reward/prize.

- A multiplier will be used for a T1 Destro (x2), T1 BC (x1.5) and T1 BS (x1) kills. No other vessel class will be considered.
- System security status will be on a x 3 multiplier. All ganks must be in >= 0.5
- Gang kills will be shared taking the average of the total potential DPS into account. Use 15 guys for all I care.
- The higher the gankees tank, the higher the points. Exhumer "toughguys" take the fun out of it don't they?

EG. If a well tanked Hulk (say 12k) is in 0.9, the likelihood of killing that Hulk is low so the points are almost factorial as compared to the same vessel being in 0.6 (multiple shots pre-Concord).

POINTS examples (using my Gankulator):- (some examples are as good as impossible for comparison sake only)

A solo kill in 0.6 using a Destro against a 8,500 tanked Hulk == 61 200 points
A solo kill in 0.9 using a Destro against a 8,500 tanked Hulk == 91 800 points

A solo kill in 0.6 using a BC against a 8,500 tanked Hulk == 34 425 points
A solo kill in 0.9 using a BC against a 8,500 tanked Hulk == 51 637 points

A solo kill in 0.6 using a BS against a 8,500 tanked Hulk == 15 300 points
A solo kill in 0.9 using a BS against a 8,500 tanked Hulk == 22 950 points

Examples for gang kills (using my Gankulator):-

(8.5k tanked Hulk)

3 x Destros would EACH get 20 400 in a 0.6 system (as a comparison - a 12k tanked Hulk would get 28 800 )
3 x Destros would EACH get 30 600 in a 0.9 system (as a comparison - a 12k tanked Hulk would get 43 200 )

(whereas 3 x BS against a 12k Hulk in 0.9 would only get 10 800 each - easy alpha)

A gang of 1 x BS and 1 x BC would EACH get 11 953 in a 0.6 system against 8.5k tank, 16 875 against 12k tank
A gang of 1 x BS and 1 x BC would EACH get 17 929 in a 0.9 system against 8.5k tank, 25 312 against 12k tank

A gang of 2 x BS would EACH get 7 650 in a 0.6 system
A gang of 2 x BS would EACH get 11 475 in a 0.9 system

**** THE BONUS ****
Nominated systems are random selected or paid for by sponsors. If you want an area to be targetted, we need your funding of 75m isk PER DAY for the system to have bonuses applied.

If a kill is within the NOMINATED system FOR THAT DAY a multiplier of 50% will be added. Nominated system and period of nomination are announced each time they change in this thread. The onus is on the ganker to know what that system is.

**** THE REWARDS ****
TOP GUN AWARDS - each week
1 x Viper Award with a 500m prize.
1 x Maverick Award with a 200m prize.
1 x Iceman Award with a 150m prize.
3 x Goose Awards with 50m prize.

This contest will run for 4 weeks initially with a weekly prize pool of 4b

A grand prize of 2 BILLION ISK will go to the best ganker at the end of the 4 week cycle.

TOTAL PRIZE POOL - 6b

**** THE CONDITIONS ****
You will be required to join the corp temporarily to recieve your medal AND cash.
(We're quite happy for you to simply join the corp and work your ganking magic from within too - if that makes it easier - expect war-decs however)

All killmails will be subject to API verify via battleclinic and an email with the KB link must be sent to this account in Eve. At least one of the names SENDING the email MUST be within the killmail.

If for any reason, Battleclinic produces errors, fails or any other such event which removes our ability to verify and/or view killmails, the event will be delayed until such time as these problems are rectified. We are not sponsored nor supported by Battleclinic so any event out of our control is - out of our control.

PLEASE NOTE: I reserve the right to make changes/deny awards/cash to ANY player that I deem has identified an exploit, error or omission that I was unable to reasonably foresee. Furthemore, if I am unable to clearly identify qualified killmails or I get caught up in RL issues, all prizes for that week will be held up until I can catch up/verify/check etc.

My main for this account is a miner.

But really? By making it easier for processing of medals and rewards, not to mention use of name, corp name etc. for the event? I thought it sort of made sense so that morons like you don't have to think as hard.
