Asking Price: 400 Million (offers as always are accepted)

The system has no dead towers (recently cleaned). The previous residents may have a Thanatos and Rorqual logged out in system, or they may have self-destructed them. I am unsure at this time.

Current Local Signatures:
2x Ladar
9x anomalies (approximately 600-700 mil in loot upon completion)

All POCOs are owned by the previous residents and taxed at 5% to neutrals.

Pros:
- Decent PI, plenty to make fuel
- Not many moons, but enough to support a moderate sized corp (~10 moons)
- C3 Static great for ISK making and not bad for Logistics
- Local has no effect, so all ships are good to go
- Small system, easy to scan

Cons:
- Because of the uncertainty of the previous residents current status, you may have to watch list the old residents (about a 10 member corp) to watch if their Thanatos/Rorqual come online.
- POCOs are owned by a separate entity, and will have to be destroyed or negotiated for purchase from previous residents.

Method of Transfer: I prefer 50-50 Deals (I have lots of references look through my post history or ask me to supply the posts via link). I am always willing to work with a 3rd party transfer service if you are not in a hurry and will pay their fee.
