Confused about corporate standings

No one currently in my corporation has ever interacted with Boundless Creation. Their standing towards me is 0.00. The former CEO of my corporation, however, had a good relationship with them and our corp standings still reflect this.

On the wiki (http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Standings_mechanics) it says: "All level 2 thru level 5 agents require a minimum derived standing, which is taken as the highest of the "Standings With You" on the agent's Standings Tab (in-game)."

On the Standings Tab for level 2 Boundless Creation agents, the highest Standing with Me is listed as 5.75 (excellent), with the rest being 0.0. (Correction, the Minmatar Republic has a small positive standing to both me and to What.)

And yet, their level two agents will not talk to me.

Clearly, there is something I am not understanding?

Your corporation standings have nothing to do with what agents you can use. The only thing corp standings will effect is your ability to get jump clones at their facilities.

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.
