Hey there, Bugsy--thanks for the tips on P3 production! This was exactly what I needed to set up a one-alt, five-planet robotics production chain in sov null.

This is a useful thread, because someone has to make each product in the PI chain. But for me, as a practical reality, I buy the Robotics and other higher level PI items from the market in whatever quantities I need. All my PI activities involve exporting P1 and selling to the market (except for some Oxygen which I can use).

Between the import/export taxes, and the seeming willingness of other players to work cheap, it just doesn't make any sense for me to produce anything beyond P1.

Lava planets have 3 out of the 4 ingredients needed to mfg robotix.
Precious Metals being the only import.
