I am please to announce that CBD will be giving free transportation to any ethnic Minmatar that wishes to go back to republic space. These rides will be given from any CBD station in Caldari, or Gallente space. Simple head to those stations and speak to a transport specialist.

This service is paid for by my corporation and the people we represent.

This service will also be available to any Minmatar immigrants that wish to leave the federation till tempers calm. Simple let the transportation specialist know that you need a round trip ticket, and one will be provided. They will not expire, so you can return to the federation at your own accord.

Transports will have security on-board, with possible Mercenary support if the need arises. Any person that is in violation of standard transport protocol will be subject to State rules and regulations, regardless of violator's citizenship.

Any questions about this service should be directed toward myself.

Im usualy a free killmail.

Okay. So becoming part of Nation and becoming slaves has been offered.

I assume the blooder who makes that meat paste will soon be along.

Do you have a slaver license? Are these people POWs or criminals? Were they born within Imperial space and subject to it's laws?

I'm guessing: No, no and no.

What you seem to be proposing is highly illegal, both inside and outside the Empire... and if Imperial authorities decide to press the issue then it may be you who ends up in chains.

It is not illegal as long as it remains in the capsuleer SCC markets.

Putting slaves into the SCC markets has it's own set of rules & laws which are hardly different than those of the Empire. The only leeway the SCC grants to capsuleers is that they don't need a slaver license to trade in already existing slaves; it does not give them permission to create new ones. And, as always, transporting slaves outside the borders of the Empire remains illegal (not counting low and null security areas, of course, in which most laws in general no longer apply to anyone).

It also very clear that these people in question are citizens of either the Federation or the Republic, which means that even if they found themselves inside Imperial space they could not be enslaved (as per existing treaties) unless the were found guilty of some serious crime or another - which, in turn, brings interstellar lawyers and extradition issues into play. If they were Serpentis pirates who were captured in Imperial space then pleading Gallente ethnicity would get them zero mercy, but they're not. They are citizens of nations who are part of the Yulai Accord and shall be treated as such under Imperial law.

Aww, I should have remembered to make a proper thread about it instead of just offering the service in the Midular threads. What the OP said, except no risk of slavery etc. Also, with the right resume, you just might find gainful employment at your chosen destination, in OTSI or otherwise.

Oh, and that's from any and all stations in Federation space, to any and all stations in Republic or State space.

Prime Node. Ask me about augmentation.

I can't validate if the request to divert to Ammar space is a legit offer or a smart ass attempt at humor.

As for the offer of transportation and more or less 'asylum', for lack of a better term, in State systems is no way forcing any participant to join the State or change allegiance of any kind.

Its simply a way for some of us to give back to some who might not have other options.

Yes, because we all know welcoming and tolerant the State is to racial and cultural minorities. But by all means, I heartily approve of the endeavor.

Im not sure what part of the State you are referring too, but I can assure you that the passengers that we have and are continuing to take are treated fairly and given every opportunity that any other man or woman would have in the State. CBD has never discriminated based on ethic background, instead choosing to allow those that wish to succeed a chance to do so.

James, James, so bitter.
Is it this time of the month again?

Also I'd like to point out that the State is tolerant regarding racial origins, provided the people in question are interested in becoming citizens and are aspiring to live the caldari way. Everyone else is free to leave, last time I've heard there are some great slums in both the federation and republic. Also, a lot of golden opportunities, of course, but without any form of peer pressure.
Or so they say.

Ruthlessness is the kindness of the wise.

It is not necessary to be born Caldari to be Caldari. And it is possible to be born as a Civire or Deteis, and yet not be Caldari, at all.

I currently came across a stranded barge in my travels with escaped slaves still alive inside. Luckily we were in system with a SOE Station nearby. I have sent the necessary data too your neo-com so you can give them safe passage back too their home worlds.

God speed sir and my you reach your destinations safely.

Threaten to shoot a capsuleer more. I am sure one day such threats might actually make a difference. But that day is not today.

It is still a resource expenditure for you that also keeps you away from my people. So yes, it makes a difference.
