Please add option to show capacitor percentage without mouseover

Read title.
I would like to be able to see the capacitor percentage without having to mouse over it.

+1 So simple.

To add to this, allow wherever this is shown to toggle between an actual readout and the percentage, like what is currently possible with the hitpoint readout.

not the same proposal, here OP is talking about one's own capacitor level to be displayed the same way hull/armor/shield can be on the top left capacitor's readout (available in % / absolute)

the other one is about displaying one's fleet members cap level via watchlist.

both would be great imao
