[DEMAND] MAKE DRONE CONTROL UNITS A PASSIVE MOD!

Its been bugging me for a while now!
There is no activation cost (uses no cap).
Why does it need to be activated???
Surely it can be a passive mod like, i dunno, a Drone Link Augmentor!

It always kinda bugged me to have to keep switching the damn things on, so I support this - there's no downside to making them passive modules, and the upside is less tedium.

Where would EVE be without tedium? I suggest they require a right click to enter a menu to activate - then you must spin your ship once completely before they can be used. [/sarcasm]

Damage Controls actually have a capacitor activation cost.
Drone Control Units on the other hand do not.
