Camera/animation chop?

I'm getting weird camera chop in space and in station.

In space:

Camera spazzes out while rotating, fiddled with mouth smoothing but that's only in station, so idk. Almost seems like it's snapping to set intervals when moving.

In station: Same thing, but animations cut out and reset mid-step or whatever. Really abrasive.

Played around with settings, no dice.

Anyone else getting this? I'll fill out a bug report tomorrow.

This is a known issue. I and many others are experiencing the same problem.

I had a similar issue, then I set interval to immediate and my problem was solved.

The thing with setting your interval to immediate is that it allows screen tearing, which I hate.
