Changes to CCP's Billing?

So this month when it came time to re-up my account I am no longer able to use my MasterCard as I have done for the life of my accounts. Apparently Sometime between February 2013 and yesterday CCP is no longer billing from Reykjavik, but now from the UK, and apparently MasterCard has a policy that if you are not IN the UK you cannot use their card to purchase from the UK.

Just a heads-up to anyone else not in the UK attempting to use a MasterCard to pay for your accounts.

I also had to call MasterCard up to authorize the transaction when I first signed up.

I just got off the phone with a supervisor who advised that it is in fact a bank policy and not a MasterCard policy and it was put in place due to fraudulent internet transactions to the UK.

I asked for a list of countries that were blocked by the financial institution and here they are: Australia, Cuba, Georgia, India, Iran, Democratic Peoples Republic of Korea, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia and the United Kingdom

Really sucks for those members of "a bank". Those people that belong to "the financial institution" should send emails.
