question about skill level bonus calculations

So a lot of skills have a % bonus to things, for example the amarr punisher frigate

"Special Ability: 10% bonus to Small Energy Turret capacitor use and 5% bonus to armor resistances per level."

So at frigate III, are we getting a 15% bonus to resistances, or are we getting 5% iteratively added to each skill levels already bonused value?

i.e. say the resistance value is 100 for arguments sake, at amarr frig III is that value 115, or does it go-
lvl I = 1.05(100) = 105
lvl II = 1.05(105) = 110.25
lvl III = 1.05(110.25) = 115.75

this may seem very small but with things like drone interfacing with 20% bonuses it would amount to quite a significant difference.

Each increase in bonus is not multiplied independently.

E.g. Amarr Frigate 4 gives you a 40% reduction in small energy weapon capacitor use and 20% increased armour resistances on the Punisher.

This can be assumed for all the skills and how they apply in the game. I am not recalling any exceptions right this minute, sorry.

Ah yes, that one. 25% reduction in the amount you have to provide in escrow for your buy order. 125% reduction would not quite work. Ends up around 24% of the original escrow required, give or take some fractions.

yeah, pretty much the increases are multiplied together first ... so something that gets you 5% per level at level 3 would end up being base * 1.15 = final.

However, when things overlap (e.g. the Atron's 5% hybrid damage bonus, and the 5% damage bonus per level of small hybrid turret) they multiply consecutively. For example, if you had Gallente Frig 4 and Small hybrid 3 your damage would be base * 1.2 * 1.15 = new_damage.
