[BUG] Missing modules from ship HUD

CCP has not responded yet, although it has only been recently I filed it. Wanted to know if anyone else has run into it.

Googling for this issue only resulted in 2 hits and they were inconclusive. One thread simply ends with no resolution and the other one the person said fixed it by reinstalling the game. That's the older thread.

Module controls for my ship keep dissappearing. If I power off/on the modules I get the error when turning back on that i do not have enough CPU to bring it online. It sometimes takes several game restarts before the modules will become available again. I have also removed the modules, then logged off, started again but still either
1 - get an error in station that there is not enough CPU
2 - the module appears to be available but when I undock the moduels disappear as in the screen shot 1

Sreen shot 2 shows the error message in Notifications and Log after attempting to offline/online in space

UPDATE
I attempted moving stations, swapping ships, clearing the cache from the ESC menu. Clearing all settings. Manually clearing hidden cache folder. Finally I tried reinstalling all X of my clients, made sure no folders were left behind and I still am missing modules when I undock.

UPDATE2:
adding screen shot 3 - changed order of modules on ship. Set to show empty slots. Fitting window shows the missing modules but the HUD shows the slots as empty.

I got the modules to finally show on the HUD after trying for hours. I station traded them to another character on another account, then traded them back. Slotted the modules and undocked. I strongly suspect changing fittings in space using the orca is causing this.

Note: all X clients are separate installs on my computer.

Happens randomly or maybe after swapping modules in space using an Orca.
UPDATE:
I´m in an empty jump clone at this time. Moved to this clone before last downtime. Only about 2 hours remain before I can jump back to clone with full implants. Will report back if this has any effect.
