17Million SP, 1 bonus remap, no kill rights, no debt, in a NPC corp in high sec (Ikuchi, 1 jump from Jita) and +4 implants in Int, Mem, Per & Willpower.

Good missile skills. already have Heavy Missile Spec 4.
All damaging missile skills to 5.
Working my way to Heavy Assault Missile Spec 1.
All shield resists are at 100%
Remaining shield skills are 5
Only Tactical Shield Manipulation is at 4
All spaceship command and subsystems at 5.

Asking for 9 BIll in my thread will settle for 7.5 Bill.
