I'd like to know your reasoning behind this character only having Cybernetics 2, Shields comps at only 2 or 3, Capital ship at rank 3 and Minamatar dread rank 1. I think most would see that as essential skills to have at rank 4 for a Minmatar capital character.

Also, how many remaps are available on the character?

Shield comp skills arnt like armor comps - it only adds resistance if you use passive hardener mods which are almost never used. so imo they are actually pretty useless. cybernetics - im not gonna use slaves and i dont like shelling out 500m for a set of +5s so i dont need Cyber5. Ship skills are perc/willpower and currently not mapped for that -- gonna do some other support skills for a week or two before remapping and training gunnary/shipcommand.
