Before I start on a pet project of mine to track a lot of information some of which will come from the eve api some from eve central or whatnot Im curious on a few things...

I know how to use Excel and Google Docs, and as of the last time I did any major imports or spreadsheets excel beat google in nearly everything save the ease of importing API information from eve central or at the time eve metrics, its been awhile.

Since then Ive seen some ppl having issues with importing the new eve api into excel.... is that still the case or has a workaround been found, also does google have the same issues..

Im basically just deciding where I want to start since itll take awhile and Id hate to get nearly done and find I need to switch platforms.
