The transfer fee plus 400M worth of char. So less than a million SP.

A lot of players will post on here just trying to get rid of a character as long as you cover the transfer fee. Actually, there was one earlier that had a 2 MIL SP salvager/cloaky...thing.. I don't think anyone took him up on his offer just yet. You might be able to find him on here.
