Pre-Patch High ASB Charge Ships

I have a few ships with the pre-patch charge counts on ASB Boosters.

Mediums with 10 charges and X-L with 13 charges.

On ships ranging from merlin's to Claymores and Navy scorp's and Cyclones.

Wondering if these ships will have any added value due to the slight advantage they possess.

Dont think CCP will allow these pre-patch fitted ships in Alliance tournament but wondering if people are buying them just in case :)
