Greetings,

I'd like to give some feedback on the newly(?) revamped petition section of the website. I have recently used it to attempt to regain access to an old account and have come across the following problems;


  1. First petition didn't appear - When I received a reply from a GM (who was really helpful, thanks!) I was also sent a link to follow up the mail, which I needed to do to give more information, however on clicking the link and logging in I was presented with the 'Create a Petition' page and even when clicking the 'My Petitions' part of the left hand nav bar was still unable to locate my original petition. This then caused me to have to send the response to the petition as a new one and simply attach a screenshot of the first correspondence.

  2. Strange replacement of grammar - It's petty, but it makes it really hard to understand what I've actually written. Instead of a simple apostrophe there's ( ' ) not including the brackets which is really annoying and I'm not sure if it is what the GM is likely to see too which could cause issues with legibility of the text.

  3. Logging in constantly - Moving from the forums, to account management and then to the petition page I have to log in 3 times. This is annoying and it feels unnecessary, I have cookies enabled so I'm pretty certain it's not my computer/connection whatever. If this is working as intended then that's fine, it's annoying but fine, if it's not then perhaps it needs looking at as it is annoying at best. But not if you have more important things to deal with.


Other than that the support service is great, keep up the great work!

I can't reach and respond to my petitions since the new site launched either.

When i go to My Petitions it just says

Try again


Please fix it, I want to respond.

I have the same problem and I do not know if my Petition has arrived Straight

I solved the problem. Ingame go to: "EVE Menu -> Help -> My Petitions" and delete the closed Peditions. Then just go to the website and the error message is gone. Blink

Exactly the same for me.

My EVE client will not run after the patch (MAC) and now the petitions don't seem to work...starting to feel like a sad panda :(

This worked for me too Cool

Now if I could just get eve to work the subs wouldn't be a total waste of money...
