GM in Petition service for Customer Service Department are too complacent and lip payment to player

When I been restricted to declare the name so i will camouflage it . A senior GM working in petition service handling my petition correspondence pertaining no gifts offered after purchasing 12 plex package come with a bonus of HD stream. I been wonder how GM make this statement so ask him to check with CCP plex marketing department to confirm my issue. GM totally ignore my petition content and immediate reply.

A senior staff working in petition service for customer service department did badly on his duties. A senior GM is setting a bad example for his co-workers who work under him, petition service will be just a complacency and sloppy if lead by this senior GM

I am pretty sure there has merely been a miscommunication due to the language barrier.

They are GMs for an Internet spaceships game where the majority of the player base a**holes. I can think of no greater punishment for them.

I include a haiku in every petition just to try and make them feel like there are humans out there. And if they don't like it, I escalate the petition just so they know a**holes are out there Big smile

I'm having a similar issue, be thankful that you're getting a reply instead of them just closing the petition without any explaination...

Do you mean you didn't get the 10th anniversary gifts, or the in game items with the HD stream?

OP bought 12 PLEX package and received HD stream code as free bonus for this. For some unknown reason he now think that his bonus free HD code should have also provided him bonus items that came with normal paid HD stream.

Morale of the story: always read the rules before you buy something, kids.
