I'm a 2003 Vet who's been in many of the old wars. I've swapped around characters and can provide tracings. (This is an alt and I have just reactivated).

I'm currently Caldari with a carrier. I may switch back to Amarr or Minni.
I'm not a huge fan of fleet fights and gate camps now. I'm a great industrialist capable of contributing to a working corp. I can defend myself and survive on my own, but that is boring.

Not really interested in the PVP OR NOTHING type mentality. Hope you have a good sense of humor (If this portrait + name offends you, you probably shouldn't advertise here).

I am interested in Planetary crap + POS + Mining... PVE.. getting really drunk and mining anything that looks like a rock or crystal. 15/18/21 y/o Glenn or Gold Walker is my poison... Get that light beer out of my face.

I want to be part of a manufacturing/industry team
I want the ability to go on a CTA/Roam with my newb buddy who wants PVE + Group PVP/Fleet PVP
I will be around quite awhile considering I just paid for 180 days.

Newb buddy knows some basics and is restarting his character and wants to actually play with a corp. I wont mind transfering an alt to him or something if you are that butt-tight about SP Requirements.

Something I see no corp talking about it POS stuff. I currently am looking to get into POS management. I own the structures already, but need the corp/alliance and moon(s).

My newb friends has a 1.5m char... However I am considering transfering him one of my 15m alts or my 33m alt once he understands the game better.

You are exactly the type of player I am looking for to expand my corporation. I currently run a wormhole corporation and we live in a Class 6 with a Class 1 static with our alliance.

We are heavily industrial and PVE based, and we dabble a bit in PVP (which is expanding more and more). There are plenty of resources to be gathered and combat sites to be run both in the C6 itself, as well as our static C1 connection.

Also, the room for expansion as a sole player is there as well, so I would be more than happy to allow a POS being put up if the benefits out-weigh the drawbacks.
