CCP: is someone going to do a cleanup pass on the loki?

that one AC embedded in the side of my hull like that really bugs me

I can't see how it don't fall off since its attached to the hull on its side instead of its base....

I filed a bug report about this over a year ago (on a different character) with pics and everything. It really bothered/bothers me that the most interesting looking (and most useful for small/medium gang roaming) subsystem has a fail gun mount. I'm one of those people who won't fly a ship I consider ugly ... and that gun mount makes it ugly. It shouldn't be all that difficult a fix either.

And fix the turret positions on the Eris. That ship has been sitting off-center on the screen for years now. Granted it's a lot better today than it was in Apocrypha.

The Loki needs a lot more work than a fixed gun mount to stop looking ugly. Pretty much every configuration looks like a stick.

Then theres the Proteus' carrying handle. Ugh

"Cleanup" is minmatar for "Hull Breach".

Basement Ben stated in the DevBlog video thingy that they are overhauling _all_ ships for additional shiny.

One would assume that it will also include removing various graphical bugs.

And most likely mean adding at least many new ones, but shinier ;)

CCP Greyscale: As to starbases, we agree it's pretty terrible, but we don't want to delay the entire release just for this one factor.

To you, maybe. If that turret mount wasn't broke, it would look weird. Weird, in this case, is good. You don't always want ships to look all neat and spiffy. Because of the fail turret, it's ugly enough to break immersion and cause me to not fly the ship.

And as for the Proteus, my favorite fit looks like a crotch rocket ... so of course that's what I named it.
