As stated i am looking for a T3 pilot "will consider all races" with Destroyers 5 and BC 5.

Skills that would also help are Leadership and Cyno 5. Budget at 10b give or take depending on the skills.

Eve sheet links would be nice also I would like to make this purchase within the next 2-3 days tops.
