All Large Turrets V, Specs IV.
All Cruisers V.
All Medium Turrets V, Specs IV.
All Frigates V.
All Small Turrets V, Specs IV.

Minimal Capital Skills but if have them JDC V required.

No Industry Skills.
No Social Skills.

Thermodynamics V preferred.

I have no budget. But I know character prices so I not pay inflated price.

Excellent sub cap and gunnery skills, and
PERFECT supports

just imagine it's got an extra 30m sp in Mining and refining you'd never use and you can pay accordingly.

every other bid in this thread is an alt of mine, pick the cheapest one and I'll pay that much.

An interesting character but what exactly makes 118m SP worth 100b?

I am in-game at the moment and will be for awhile if anybody is interested in reaching out with private offers of 100-150m+ SP characters.
