1. Not "heavily gun specced" -29msp toon, with 6.4m sp in gunnery isn't that really impressive.
2. Orca capable is definitely a plus, but not for a mach pilot. You want your pilot to be in Mach all the time making you isk, not Orca carrying stuff..
