The kill right system would need some improvement.

Actually the toon who has a kill right on him receive a notification that someone ia hunting him. But the corporation or the toon who receveived the right to activate it doesn t.
It would be nice to add

  1. a notification mail wich includes

  • Name of the target

  • time of expiration of the KR

  • Amount of the KR

An other mail would be nice to tell that the KR ha been executed by who, or the KR has expired.

Optionnal : To help to avoid bad situations, may be adding a self set amount limit to accept Kill Right. That and more space between numbers like : 100, 000, 000

there is also a big exploit that people are using. So I advise everyone to avoid using this feature.

What you see: Once you spot a kill righted target you select him, see that you have to pay 1 isk to activate it, so you lock him, and you quickly press to activate the kill right... kill him and when you check your wallet it droped 1 Bilion ISK.

The target is dual-boxing and his alt is the one that have the kill-right on him, he is ready at his alt to set the price change, once he gets locked he press the submit. and profit 1 Bi.

Luckly i noticed the change in the last fraction of second... but it was really close... I almost got scammed.

CCP should really stop releasing these broken "features" until they work out the loopholes. But I'm sure they're working on brand new broken features atm instead of fixing ones already there.Roll

This requires some careful timing on their part, and I'd image would be hard to reliably pull off... I'm also not certain I'd call it a scam...

Two addition suggestions I've come across that could be useful to add to this "fix killrights" post:

A.) Notify the person who gains the killright on a "criminal" that they need to ACTIVATE the killright before attacking. It is not clear to some people, and has resulted in concordokken.

B.) Perhaps add a warning box if the killright is over some threshold (ideally user defineable, but perhaps a default of 100m isk would be alright). Make sure one can disable this box!!! This would be reasonable, and solve your "scam" above. (I'm actually kind of meh on this, cause I don't think we need all that much handholding).

It was the idea. And instead of being able to disable this box, "hidding" the "enable button" in options. So there is still some guys that can learn the game, the tough way.

Is there some guys at CCP that also think that the new KR system need improvement ? (Calling god himself).
