Need a good miner.

Must have
Descent shield skills
Exhumes 5
At least T2 Hi-sec crystals.
5 ice mining
T2 scout drones.

Nice to have
Low-null sec T2 crystals
Mining drone T2
Dont mind a bit of cross training with combat or something else mixed in as long as the skill sheet isn't two messy

Also please no stupid named toons. I cant abide numbers within names my O.C.D couldnt cope with it.

4.5 bill is my max. But your skill sheet will determine how much of that ill offer you
