[WTB] Covert Ops Frigate Toon

Hey! I want to buy a decent toon that can operate in Faction Warfare low sec space and run missions for Faction Warfare.

Things it MUST HAVE
- Average/Good Stealthbomber skills (For FW Missioning running)
- At least the ability to use T2 MUST HAVE equipment for a pve stealthbomber (Afterburner, T2 Shield Extender, Shield amp, Ballistic Control II, you get the deal)


How much id pay for it:
I would like to pay arround 3-6 bil on the character . If theres no decent characters out there for the buck id just never mind this.
