So i'm still noobish, in fitting ships and i worked for 2 days and researched, because i wanted to build a PvE Ship, wich engeages fast and close, hard to hit because of the speed.
When the navigation skills are on 5, the speed is with Microwarpdrive 2011 m/s. ^^

I know, that the rocket range and dps is not impressiv, didn't skilled rockets at all.
