Skill Time Estimate for Research

Hey Guys,

so I'd like to propose the idea that you implement a skill time estimate on the research prerequisites for BPs. The same as there is for Ship-Skill prerequs. A simple add-up for all the skills needed to be trainer to be able to research that Blueprint :)

Why I think it should be done:
+ Probably pretty easy
+ easy and quick way to check if it is worth to get a blueprint that you might want to research
+ If specialized in one field, quick way to check ot how long it would take to get a second foot on the ground in another part of, for example, ammunition change from lasers to hybrids or something

What might speak against it:
- Unnecessary for most people, because the skillset to research stuff is not too big
- Skillset needed for most researches are probably 2-3 skills which aren't already researched, so a hover-over and add-up of the time needed probably does the trick

I think some of this can be seen through Evemon in the planning interface.

You reminded me of one old tread that try to modify the BPO/BPC system to make it looks more real...

If was not much accepted as people like the Idea of grieefing " Enablers" to keep them in hi-sec.
