IIRC, I was watching a CCP video, maybe it was the alliance tournament or something, and framed on a wall were posters of all the Eve expansions.

Was wondering if these are unique to CCP HQ, or if there was any intent on offering them for sale to the public (copies of them)

Id love to put them on my wall!

I didn't pay much attention to posters you are talking about but you could always go to expansion wallpapers page, print and frame them on your own.

Think about it as a 3rd party development. CCP loves it so much that they don't improve their own in game tools to let players' creations shine :)
