I love the dark and intriguing effect that comes from your tattoos and the clear, somewhat unnerving eyes.
I do however feel like the background could be something better suited for the rest of the character, somewhat darker or shaded.
Perhaps some backlighting?

Turell 1 your bottom lip is sucked in leaving what looks like an over bite haha. Maybe do some work on the jaw line but other than that interesting i dont like the uptight hair or the gingerness but
