So yeah. No. Not the best start if you wanted to be seen as rational or informed.

What's obvious about the paranoid and unfounded nonsense you just wrote (other than its status as such)?

Seriously.

And not just your idea that what Soundwave says = what the null reps on the CSM want to come to pass.

So are you going on record, as the representative of a huge high sec based organization, that you will fight tooth and nail ANY changes proposed that fall within the parameters of the 3 targets I described?

How about you start by proving that there's any record to go on? He might as well promise to fight tooth and nail for the moon to stay away from Jupiter.

... now, now, OP. Everyone knows the real purpose of the CSM is to kick back and relax in those Icelandic geothermal lagoons with big umbrella drinks and rubber duckies... Blink

Dinsdale? That was DINSDALE? crap, now it all makes so much sense. Paranoid Schizophrenia should be a ban able offense lol

Your list is pretty good as far as it goes, but I'm afraid you've only seen page 1. I'll summarise the rest of the list

4) End trading as a hi-sec activity with punitive taxation. 90% of the difference between the sale price and the NPC mineral base price will be deducted by the hi-sec factions.

5) All datacore agents to be moved to lo-sec. NPC 0.0 to gain datacore agents. R&D will no longer be a hi-sec activity.

6) Empire faction navy rats will attack pirate faction ships on sight.

7) Hi-sec players to address PvP area players as "my Lord/Lady" (as appropriate) on pain for a 30 day ban for the first offence.

8) Each 0.0 player to be allowed to rename as they please a hi-sec character once per 30 days subscribed. (No more GoT spoilers please)

9) Hi-sec players to have their subscription fees increased by 50% (PLEX will only grant 20 days of game time)

10) NPCs will now no longer react to players with low sec status.

Serious(ly in need of therapy and medication), unfortunately. If the suspicions about the OPs identity are true, we're dealing with a proper victim of all kinds of paranoia here. Cry

Depends. Do you just want to have fun, or do you want to try to coax some sanity or reasoning out of someone who's most likely acutely allergic to both of those?

CSM 8:

Ali Aras: One of the Proviblock candidates, which is the place for highsec players to get into nullsec. NRDS!

Christa Jason: is a great wormhole player and an advocate of another Apocrypha expansion.

James Arget: is also a wormhole guy and a good player.

Kesper North: *blue doughnut

Korvin: is a Russian whose CSM announcement thread got locked =-) He trains new players. I support Korvin!

Malcanis: supports player interaction and a game that encourages people to work together to overcome or create adversity. Despite what he may say to the contrary.

Mangala Solaris: is a RvB player who advocates updated UI, hull and item rebalance. And was #4 on my vote list =-)

Mike Azariah: "I want to represent the Casual players. The ones who would like the game to go a bit more smoothly so you can log on and play, not wait 3 hours for things to happen or to kill your third mouse clicking endlessly.I want the balance to be maintained and not to eliminate one play style to suit another."

Mynnna: Goonwaffe *bluedoughnut

Ripard Teg: the highsec candidate!!!?

ProGodLegend: a null sec player true, but ---> "I want to press for change so that alliance income follows a bottom-up model, where income is generated by line members performing industrial activities, and it bubbles up to the alliance level "

Sala Cameron: another null sec candidate, but read on ---> "Where do I stand?
Most of the issues I want to address are not new for you. They all are hot topics for almost everyone of you and you find a lot of columns/articles about them especially after the “non-happening” of the HBC vs. CFC war and the proposal of Wargames. Quite a few people blame scared coalition leaders, tech moons or even super secret big style RMT operations for the current 0.0 situation. While the first two may or may not apply, I am going to tell you how I feel about that.

Sort Dragon: PL stooge from NC, what a horrible thing to say! This is the end of the list and im getting sick of reviewing here, you decide ---> https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=206993 *probably blue doughnut.

*in full disclosure PL has killed me a bunch of times and so I always respond negatively to them =-)

Trebor Daehdoow: Mynnna doesn't like him so he can't be that bad. http://www.eve-search.com/thread/207421-1/page/23

Congrats to all CSM 8 and thank you for your time and effort.

So out of 14 members 3 of them have solid blue doughnut ties. That is hardly an upset or dominating majority that the Goons announced they would have. And all of those candidates are good gamers and have their own views. If CSM 8 is an indicator then I think Highsec will be OK.

I personally cannot wait for the 'Tornados immune to CONCORD' Initiative to be railroaded through.

The edge is REALLY hard to see at times but it DOES exist and in this case we were looking at a situation where a new feature created for all of our customers was being virtually curbstomped by five of them
