illogical Faction War

Good day and sorry for my english. I would like to say about few moments in FW, that look illogical from my point of view.
1) Enemies of my (Gallente) militia can dock in gallente-highsec and cannot dock in gallente low-sec. And i do not understand this, why do not close for them station in highsec?
2) Friendly rats in faction-warfare missions attack me and other gallente warriors. Why rats attack us, when we would like to help them?
3) Donating LP in faction hubs does not make any changes in faction status. May be make some item in character-info, where anyone could see how much LP player paid for the benefit of their faction. Why not?
4) FW missions does not make any changes in faction war. Why?
5) Between the ranks in the militia there are no differences..

1a. This was brought up at the FW round table during Fanfest. The DEVs don't want to "limit" faction warfare to just low-sec... however they don't want someone to have an easy time picking off people in their enemy's high-sec.
Basically, being able to dock in enemy high sec allows players to have the freedom to pull some shenanigans that other people would not expect, however they are limited in what they can do due to the faction navy.

2a. It's a bug. When the Sleeper AI was applied to all NPCs they lost the ability to distinguish "friendly" players from "hostile" ones.

3a. Meh.

4a. Because FW missions are stupid easy to run? Also, if those missions affect the status of the war zone then the status of the war zone has to be able to affect them back. I don't think any militia that is losing would like that very much. They need SOME kind of income source.

5a. Because different words in titles magically make you able to do new and powerful things. Not everything needs to be more than just "bragging rights."

By 'friendly', do you mean 'same-faction'? They're probably set up as 'rebel' or 'pirate' characters.

If I recall correctly, LP donation only increases the speed at which the change of status occurs, it doesn't affect the status itself. I might be wrong, though.

FW missions affect your personal standing with that mission's faction, and may give enhanced rewards. They're like ordinary missions in every other respect.

As far as I know, the ranks are just there or 'bragging rights', or as an easy way of seeing how successful they've been in Faction Warfare. There's no difference between them because they don't give any kind of reward.

Because what is suppose to be a very central aspect of the game, with great dynamic possibilities, is watered down.

The factions should be ashamed of themselves.
They've just reached the space and now using it to kill each other instead of growing further.

The Terrans will be dissapointed next time they'll visit new eden, and send you all back to the second Dark Age to think about your mistakes, you four and the Jovians...Pirate

in 2007 i've thought it's a sci-fi simulator, not an "e-sports" game. I'm not a teenager, how would i like it much?

nice IC guess, but not more. keep your speculations our of serious questions pls.
if they were "rebels" it would not **** your faction standing if you attack them, yet it does pretty derp if you shoot back...
