Don't know if this has been posted before, but couldn't find it... rare, since this is so obvious O.o

What happened to the Tempest icon? Looks like it decided to blow up when the camera shot...

Obviously something messed up the icon, I suppose it's something easy to fix and probably everyone knows this, but seeing no topics, references or CCP fixes, I was starting to fear...

It seems this happens at random, my Amarr shuttle icon looked the same yesterday. It's most likely this is due to corrupt cache so clearing the cache should solve this for you.

Many thanks, but this has been happening to me since Incarna; all those updates and new builds didn't fix it (only happens with that icon, as fas as I know)... How could I manually reset the cache? Thankie!

1) Start the EVE client (do not login yet).
2) Press ESC or click on the Settings button and go to the 'Reset Settings' tab and click on the 'Clear' button for 'Clear all cache files'
2a) If you wish to clear your Settings files as well click the "Clear all settings files" button
3) The client will prompt you to restart the client, click yes on that prompt
4) Once the client has been restarted login normally and see if that fixes the issue.

Note that doing this will not delete your cache nor settings, the client moves the files into a different folder with a timestamp. You can thus retrieve older settings in case clearing them does not solve your issue.
