WTB PVP/PVE Character 10-15B isk **NO CALDARI**

If your character is a little bit more expensive than listed I can hopefully come up with more isk if you are what I need. I am mostly looking for Minmatar/Gallente but might take a look at amarr/minmatar toons as well.

NO CALDARI anything industrial or mining will be considered as free sp when I make an offer on your character. Missile skills will be fine but I am not looking for several million sp in missiles.



Things you must be able to do:
Odyssey Expansion ready for all races
T2 Large Projectile turrets
T2 Sentry Drones
Minmatar or Gallente Cruiser V
Minmatar or Gallente Frig V
Battlecruiser V
Destroyer V
POS Sec status
( No faction police issues either )


Things that would be nice:
Minmatar BS V
Gallente BS V
AWU V
ASC V
Ididom Spiralflight
Angelic CO
