Split weapons systems do not work well. Also, Heavy Missile Launchers are cruiser-class weapons, Nagas are intended to use battleship-class weapons. The Caldari put business before pleasure. The Gallente put business in pleasure.

To keep with the other cruisers in its class, it would have to fit torps and cruise missiles.

The Naga was slow, it's tank was extremely bad, and then ALL the problems of torpedoes piled on top of this; the ship was UTTERLY WORTHLESS. STOP BRINGING THIS BACK.
