New drone: Kamikaze drone?

I'm making a prediction that some type of Kamikaze Drone is coming to EVE this Winter. Here are the reasons:
1) At the end of the second art devblog video, CCP Guard was holding a grenade

2) It was announced new drones are coming to EVE

3) Something will be a "surprise"


These 3 reasons make me doubtlessly 100% confident, certain and assured that kamikaze drones are coming.

If I am correct, please forward the necessary amount of ISK to this character.
If I am incorrect, then you are mistaken, and I am correct.

Please post your thoughts on the grenade mystery.

We already have Kamikaze Drones. We call them Missiles.

Salvage drones?
Faction mining drones?
Ice mining drones?
Ewar drones that are viable?
Electronic support drones?
Hull repair drones?

Well, I guess with all those laughable other options, Kamikaze drones it is then.

how about oversized drones? ie 25m3 drones that only use 10m3 of bandwidth and deal MOAR DAMAGE! or 50m3 with 25 m3 of bandwidth.... give them drone boats some more options than warrior II's and ecm drones

Gate gun drones.

its not a hand grenade. its a microphone. and he was holding it in the first one as well

I honestly think Ice Mining Drones would be severely overpowered. If each of them can mine 1 unit of Ice per cycle, the Ice Prices are going to be severely mutliated.

If there might be some sort of kamikaze drones, you will be concordokken in highsec after minutes, as the WILL (100%) suicide the wrong target. Which does make sence, as when they are in "kamikaze" mode, you will not just lose the drone(s) but your shiny, officer fitted, mission ship too. Let the tears flow.

Tl;Dr; FIX DRONES.

EVE already had mines... They were removed due to the problems they caused when people decided to start getting creative about their placement. They were the first LAG bombs of EVE. ;) They were also fairly useless.

You can still find the BPO's for them in game. (I sold one recently to a collector) As you can still find the built mines too. They just dont work anymore. ;)

There were Python Mines, Asp Mines, Anaconda Mines, and Cobra Mines.
