Collecters edition promo code

so i ordered the collecters edition recived all the mails and the promo code now i am trying to get the in game items by putting my code my ocde in the activation window and all i got is

The Code you have entered is invalid or has already been used. Please try again.

so payd 150 euros for it and no items atm that realy sucks are there more ppl with the same problem? or dit i just got scamd by ccp

yes you really should post on the forums about it instead of making a petition or contact their sales department....

I'm getting the same message when trying to activate the in-game code. Am I wrong in assuming we get the pre-order bonus goodies before October? I assumed the code could be used immediately.

Can't shoot blues if you don't have any. Long Live NPSI.

I'd give a few days before worrying about it. They literally only just released the box so maybe they haven't activated the redeem system yet. They're getting drunk right now, you know.

Perhaps it will work once the game actually reaches the 10th anniversary; you may have to wait until May 6th.

the thrashers on the market would lead me to believe that some people got it to work

With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

Got a silly question: Are you sure you're using the right code? There are a couple on the certificate -the one you want is towards the upper right, and is kinda in small print.

Just make sure you're using the correct code, and there ought to be no problem. Petition it if there is.

I put in my code and it accepted it and said I should have the thrasher on login, but when I went to redeem items there was nothing there. will give it till tomorrow and try again. after that will petition

Silly question, but don't you have to redeem items as you log in still? Hence why it might not have appeared in your hangar.
