Do you know how stands B/O? Official place of sale characters - forum. I do not understand this behavior seller. Why set buy out price, and then to revise it? I do not understand why tell tales about the huge number of proposals in the game when there is an official place of sale characters. Please see paragraphs 16 and 17 https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=6369&find=unread .
My suggestion must be taken or bid will be withdrawn and I will write a complaint.

I am quite entitled to do what ever I really want with regards to the sale. ( Cancel, Change price, not sell )

16. Lottery style sales are not permitted. Auctions and buyouts are the appropriate method for selling a character.
17. All scams involving character transfers are prohibited.

This is no lottery. This is an auction and more people keep bidding so B/O was too low, I changed it. Build a bridge!
This is no Scam.
I am under no obligation to sell to anybody at any price, ever, period. ( Tho Highest bidder in 2 hours wins Cool).
