Forgot how API and Cache are two different things, Lottery will be fine some other market services will not.

Seeing as how lotteries would only be affected if CCP completely removes the cache, your doom and gloom scenario won't play out.

I wouldn't worry about it honestly. CCP aren't looking at limiting data to service providers, more on limiting the ability of botters from exploiting the data. It has always been in the EULA, it was just ignored when it was being used for nice services that helped the community. They are just making it clear that, if it is not allowed. So if they feel you are exploiting the data for bad things, they have the right to ban you.

I got confused... about taking data from API and market cache and blurred the two.
