the standings which affect things are mostly those which you have before your connections skill is taken into account and according to that site you have

5.06 standings towards amarr
3.93 towards caldari

also if anyone is met with a password request from that site password = 1234

that's the default pass for that site :S

cant really help you with prices but whated to point that out at least to help you
