HD Fanfest Stream Twitch TV Code "Sorry, this coupon is invalid."

I tried to redeem my Twitch TV coupon today and it said that it was invalid.

There were no links on the CCP coupon page or the twitch TV page on who to contact concerning this or the method that should be used.

I'm filing a ticket under billing to see if I can get this sorted or if it's working as intended.

I'm curious if anyone else is having this problem also.

I seem to recall a pop up box that ( not so well ) tells you how to do it ( I had to sort of piece it together myself) ... but I recall linky to get help from support I thought?

Make sure you use your mouse to highlight the coupon code as just double clicking to select the code seems to copy a bunch of useless whitespace to the coupon which is what is making it invalid, should work fine if you copy it properly :)

I should have thought to c/p to notepad to verify the information was correctly being put into my clipboard.

Hey guys, check out the linked instructions and be sure to remove any extra space as mentioned above before hitting the refresh button.

If the code is still showing as invalid you can send a petition, email support@eveonline.com or contact Twitch directly here http://help.twitch.tv/

Just so I know, is there a link to watch the streaming for free or just the hd pay-to-view option?
