According to the Character Bazaar Rules and Resources *Updated February 8th 2013*
"...The character being sold must be older than 14 days old to avoid accidental transfers..."
"...All scams involving character transfers are prohibited...."

Implant only lasts until character is 14 days old.
SO:
1: Character cant be sold until implant dies.
2: Character will be worth very very little (no one would buy it)
