if you want a PC for a toon in this part of the forums give us a link to work with which i have added for you .

a lot of ppl are looking for amarr cap based toons which your toon is just about the basic level anyone will take

low of 12bil
high of 15 maybe more if you spend the next 3 weeks building up them cap skills


skill all cap skills to 4 for the most out of the toon in a short amount of time
you has some good sub cap skills and its a solid base to build from.
